We Have An Opening! – Lettings Negotiator At Hannells

We are Hannells - Derby’s largest and most dynamic estate and lettings agency where our purpose is to deliver a complete moving experience that amazes our clients from start to finish!

We’re looking for a brilliant Lettings Negotiator to join the team and support our growing ambitions to find excellent Tenants for our Landlord’s properties whilst providing both with an excellent service. If you are determined, confident, optimistic, enthusiastic, composed, conscientious with high standards we want to talk with you!

This role has the potential to offer fantastic career prospects for you as Hannells continues to grow with big company ambitions which require passionate and motivated people! You’ll be accountable for finding tenants for our properties within the targeted timeframe and providing our unique, complete moving experience by introducing clients to a large suite of property services that we provide.

It would be fantastic if you came to us with the following fundamental skill sets that we can help you build on:-

1) An understanding of the lettings process, especially up to the point of moving Tenants in to their new home.

2) Strong customer service skills.

3) Excellent organisation and time management.

4) A desire to learn and be the best at what you do.

The rest we will train you on and your performance indicators will help guide you to where you need support the most.

Our Lettings office is located on Mallard Way, Pride Park (Just behind the Mercedes garage) so it’s highly convenient for all of the amenities including places to eat and easy access to Derby City Centre.

Working hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays, when we close at 4pm.

The week you work a Saturday, you’ll have a day in lieu (a day off!) in the week.
