Way back in 2003, two Derby residents had a vision of an Estate Agency that would not only lead the way in terms of marketing and innovation, but value it's customers and provide a service that excelled expectations...
Hannells, one of Derby’s most recognisable “Home-grown” brands, was created by the two founding Directors, Alison and Michael Brain in March 2003 (who still oversee the running of the business to this day). After purchasing a property and receiving a less than impressive service from their estate agent, they knew that something had to be done about the way Derby homeowners bought and sold property.
From the very beginning, one of the very core values of the company was customer service and innovation. These two values are still high on the priority list to this day and it’s the reason why we quickly became Derby’s top selling Estate Agent and why we’ve managed to maintain that title for over a decade.
We also believe in having the right resources to provide this service. Unlike most other Derby agents, we have an extensive network of Derby branches, strategically placed throughout the Derby suburbs. This allows us to provide a far superior level of service because of convenience, local knowledge and a much smaller amount of properties per member of staff which means a better service all round.
Our mission is to get the best price possible, in the shortest time with the least amount of stress and we’re working on this daily, constantly looking at new ways of getting our properties in front of more potential purchasers and improving the level of service we provide.
