Are you an experienced mortgage advisor or broker who’s ready to earn more, work with a steady stream of quality leads, and be part of Derby’s most trusted property brands?
This opportunity will suit a broker who is looking to earn a six figure income. We already have advisers based in this business who are regularly writing in excess of £20,000 per month.
There is an Uncapped earnings potential with this opportunity, working with the full support of an established and busy estate agency office
You’ll be based within one of Hannells’ high-performing Derby branches, working alongside experienced sales teams who generate consistent, high-quality mortgage leads every day.

Suitable Candidate
We’re looking for a confident, client-focused advisor who:
👉 Holds a full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
👉 Has a minimum of 12 months’ mortgage advisory experience
👉 Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
👉 Is passionate about delivering a five-star client experience
👉 Looking to earn in excess of £100,000 a year
👉 Committed to working with Derby’s market leading estate agency.
