In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Hannells were again named as one of the best Estate Agent in the country at the prestigious EA Masters Awards. Winning the GOLD award for both sales and lettings. Over 3 billion data points were analysed and 20,000 mystery shops carried out in the search for 2020's top performers – the biggest assessment of any industry. The awards are made for property marketing, results and customer service – which consumers consider to be among the most important criteria when selecting which agent to sell or let their property with.

In 2021, Hannells were yet again awarded GOLD awards for customer service at the annual allAgents awards ceremony. Our sales teams not only achieved the GOLD award for Derby, but also for the whole of Derbyshire! An incredible achievement and proof once again that we offer the best service, from the best team in the whole of the county.

In 2019 at the same EA Masters Awards, our Lettings Team were awarded "Exceptional", putting them among the top 1.5% of Agents in the country. The team had been through the same rigorous assessments and as before, demonstrated themselves clearly to be one of the top performing Letting Agencies in the country for property marketing, results and customer service - competing against over 15,000 other Letting Agents that operate locally, regionally and nationwide.

In 2007, Hannells were awarded "Silver Winner" for the East Midlands at the Estate Agent & Letting Agent Of The Year Awards. This was an award based on the feedback of customers who had sold and completed with Hannells after they were sent out questionnaires to rate their experience of using our service.

In the same allAgents awards in 2021, our Hannells Lettings team were once again awarded GOLD awards for customer service and just like our sales teams, not only achieved the GOLD award for Derby, but also for the whole of Derbyshire! Once again going to show that we have the BEST Lettings in the whole of the county.

Hannells were awarded Gold which saw us named as the Best Medium Sized Residential Estate Agent in the East Midlands at the 2018 EA Masters Awards. The results of the rigorous mystery shopping and testing were compiled by independent industry experts the Property Academy with the support of the UK’s largest property portal, Rightmove.
