Hannells is Derby’s top-selling, award-winning, family-run estate agency, and we’re looking for a Property Viewer & Lister to support our network of branches.

If you’re professional, organised, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering high standards, this could be the role you’ve been looking for.

This is a primarily field-based position where no two days are the same, combining property viewings with the preparation of marketing for new instructions. You will spend much of your time out of the office, visiting a wide range of properties across Derby.

The Role

As a Property Viewer & Lister, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our properties are both presented to a high standard and that prospective buyers receive a professional, positive experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

✅ Conducting property viewings and representing Hannells professionally
✅ Visiting newly instructed properties to prepare them for the market
✅ Creating marketing content using our Giraffe 360 system, including photography, 3D tours and floorplans
✅ Producing short-form video content for social media
✅ Preparing and uploading property details onto our CRM system

You’ll be trusted to manage your time effectively, work across multiple branches, and maintain a consistently high standard in both presentation and customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Previous estate agency experience is not essential, although it would be beneficial. What matters most is attitude, professionalism, and reliability.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

✅ Strong organisation and time management skills
✅ A professional, personable approach with customers
✅ Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
✅ A good level of comfort with technology and systems
✅ High personal standards and attention to detail

Skills can be taught. The right attitude and work ethic matter far more.

Working Hours

📅 5 days per week
📆 Every other Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week
⌚ 8:45am start
⌚ 5:30pm finish (4:00pm on Saturdays)

The role will involve supporting multiple branches across Derby, offering exposure to a wide range of properties and areas.
