We’re seeking a brilliant Sales Negotiator to join our Chaddesden team, helping us continue our legacy of outstanding results and customer care.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, office-based position where no two days are the same! As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless and professional property experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
> Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties.
> Booking valuations, arranging property viewings, and gathering feedback.
> Providing sellers with updates on marketing and feedback from viewings.
> Negotiating sales to achieve the best outcome for our customers.
> Guiding the process through to successful completion.
What We’re Looking For:
Due to the activity levels of the branch we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running so estate agency experience is essential. We also value the following:
> An understanding of the property buying and selling process.
> A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
> Strong organisation and time-management skills.
> Confidence in communication—whether face-to-face or over the phone.

Location & Hours:
You’ll be based at our flagship Chaddesden branch on Nottingham Road, conveniently located near shops and cafes, with free parking right outside. We’re looking for someone to work three days a week – Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Hours are 8:45 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays.
