We’re Derby’s top-selling, award-winning, family-run estate agency, and we’re looking for a talented PART-TIME Sales Progressor to join our team! If you’re enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be responsible for guiding property sales from instruction to completion. Your role will involve:

> Proactively progressing sales, liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancers.
> Keeping buyers and sellers updated on the progress of their sale.
> Ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales chain to push sales through to exchange and completion quickly.

No two days are the same, and the role is varied and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We value “attitude” over “aptitude,” but for this role, you’ll need:

> Estate agency or property experience (Required)
> A solid understanding of the property buying & selling process.
> Knowledge of the steps involved once a sale is instructed to solicitors.
> Great customer service skills.
> Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone).

Working Hours:

> 4 days per week, no weekends!
