The Hannells team is growing!

We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Rebecca who has joined our busy Alvaston branch.

Rebecca joins the team in the role of Sales Negotiator and brings a wealth of experience in customer service from her role as a home insurance adviser for an independent mortgage broker.

Hannells Director Benjamin Brain welcomed Rebecca to the Hannells family and said: “Rebecca joins the Alvaston team and with the branch being extremely busy has hit the ground running! We asked Rebecca to give us a bit more information and introduce herself.

What experience did you have in Estate Agency or other roles before joining Hannells?

I worked as a home insurance adviser for an independent mortgage broker for 3 years.

What made you want to work at Hannells?

Hannells are the best Estate Agents in Derby and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to their clients.

What do you feel is key to providing excellent customer service and delivering a moving experience?

Building sincere relationships with clients through attentiveness and listening to the customers’ needs with respect.

Could you share something about yourself, favourite past time, favourite sports or T.V shows etc?

I love animals – I have two Ragdoll cats and a Cockapoo who I love to regularly take for walks. My favourite T.V show is made in Chelsea – I love reality T.V!
