The Hannells team is growing!

We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Kevin Sutton!

Kevin joins the busy Hannells Lettings team and will be heading up the new Hannells Student Lettings division!

Kevin joins Hannells with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from a long career in the rental industry and a specialist knowledge of student lettings in particular.

Kevin was previously a Director for a large Derby based lettings company and is excited to get started with the task of developing the new Hannells Student Lettings service saying:

“Our goal here at Hannells Student Lettings is to help the students of Derby find great accommodation and have one less thing to worry about! I understand that finding accommodation can sometimes be a daunting task, so I will be building a great team of people here to help and guide students through the full process from searching for new accommodation, applying for and securing a tenancy and making sure their time in their new found home is as trouble free as possible.
