The figures have just been released from the latest board count survey in Derby and here at Hannells we’re delighted to announce that not only are we still Derby’s stop selling Agent – we’re also selling over three times more properties than the next best Agent.

The figures from the previous board count (carried out and verified by an independent body) were published in April 2013. Even back then Hannells accounted for 25.1% of the Sold market in Derby with the next best agent sitting way behind with 10.1%. However, the latest figures show that in a town with 25+ other estate agents, our sold properties now account for 31.2% of the total amount of sold properties in Derby. What’s even more impressive is that the next closest agent has been selling less and now only accounts for just 9.4% !
