The Hannells team is growing! We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Tracy Fox who joins our busy Alvaston Branch.

< Back

Tracy joins the team in the role of Sale Progressor and with a background in mortgage advice, she has a unique understanding of the buying and selling process which will no doubt be of huge benefit to both the Hannells Alvaston team and their customers!

Director Ben Brain welcomed Tracy to the Hannells team and said ‘Tracy has been working within the property and financial industry for many years and has a wealth of experience to bring to the team and the role of Sales Progressor. She is positive and keen to deliver a first-class service to her clients which means she is a perfect fit for the Hannells team!’

We asked Tracy to give us a little bit more information and introduce herself…

What experience did you have in Estate Agency or other roles before joining Hannells?

‘Although I haven’t worked in an Estate Agents before, I have had two long term jobs in my working career. I joined Bradford and Bingley Building Society when I was 17 as a mortgage advisor, I then moved to Mortgage Advice Services, where I continue to work for over 20 years. Unfortunately, due to the effects of the current Pandemic I was made redundant in July of 2020.’

What made you want to work for Hannells?

‘Following redundancy, I still felt as though I had something to offer an employer so I looked around at business’s in Derby where I felt my experience and knowledge could make a difference, seeing that Hannells were still very busy and continually growing I decided to send my C.V in for consideration, I hadn’t even seen a job vacancy!’

What do you feel is key to providing excellent customer service and delivering a moving experience?

I think the most important thing is keeping in touch with clients to make sure everyone involved in the buying and selling process is up to date with information and has somewhere to turn when they need to ask questions or need help and advice. The moving process can be daunting, even if you have experience, so it’s important that I provide a first-class service at all times.’

Could your share something about yourself, favourite past time, favourite sports, or television shows etc?

OOOO!!! Family is very important to me; I am extremely close to my sisters. We are triplets so we share a very close bond. I also enjoy cake decorating and baking, I love walking and head out most weekends and I love going away for camping weekends or exploring in the camper van. I love cricket and have been to Australia to watch the Ashes (unfortunately we lost 5-0!) I also love travelling when I can and as one of my sisters lives in Philadelphia, I am looking forward to being able to get over there again.

If you had to describe yourself in a few words, what would they be?

Organised!!!

Very loyal to friends

Old! (hahaha)

So there you have it! Welcome Tracy, we know you will be a great asset to the team!
