We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Sally Murphy who joins our busy Mickleover Team.
Sally joins our busy Mickleover team in the role of sales progressor and brings a wealth of experience within the property industry with her.
Director Ben Brain said: ‘Sally has been working within the property industry for many years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience covering all aspects of the residential sales and rental markets. She is sure to be a huge benefit to the team and will make sure our clients receive the best service and the best advice possible’
We asked Sally to give us a little bit more information and introduce himself…
What experience did you have in Estate Agency or other roles before joining Hannells?
My history within Estate Agency dates back to the 1980’s! I started out in residential sales as a junior negotiator and progressing to Branch Manager. I have also worked in residential lettings and in the travel industry.
What made you want to work at Hannells?
Family ownership and a 5-star reputation were two of the key factors that made want to join the Hannells team!
What do you feel is key to providing excellent customer service and delivering a moving experience?
Being a good listener, making sure you respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and going the extra mile for our clients are all key to providing great customer service. Buying or selling a house can sometimes be a stressful experience so a calm, friendly manner and a smile can often go a long way!
Could share something about yourself, favourite past time, favourite sports, or T.V shows?
Outside of work I like to cook and to eat out. I am also rather a travel addict and am planning my next trip. I speak some Spanish and my family has had a long association with Spain and the Balearic Islands.
If you had to describe yourself in a few words, what would they be?
Creative, customer focused and a team player!
