It’s as simple as view, bid, buy! We predominately operate the Modern Method of Auction which allows buyers and sellers a longer time frame to exchange and complete allowing up to 28 days to exchange and a further 28 days for completion. This provides ample time for arranging finance or a mortgage therefore opening the auction up to all buyers not just the ‘cash’ investment buyer like a ‘traditional’ auction. This also provides ample time to perform the necessary due diligence. We can also offer traditional unconditional sales for properties where this method of sale is more appropriate.

Most of the properties we offer for sale come with the benefit of an exchange ready legal pack. This provides more information for clients looking to purchase properties from the auction and provides more flexibility for those who wish to exchange sooner than the allotted 28 day time frames.
