The two-year sponsorship deal will see the Estate Agency, who have been Derby’s top selling agent for the last 13 years, have a highly visible presence throughout the iPro Stadium and will also see the launch of the Rams On The Move campaign.
Having been started by two Derby locals who were unsatisfied with the sale of their own property 13 years ago, Hannells has since grown to become a premier player in the Derby property market and now offers customers a wide range of property related services from Estate Agency right the way through to removals.
As one of Derby’s most recognisable, “Home-grown” brands, Hannells has a number of local branches positioned throughout the Derby subrubs to ensure a personal and professional service. All of which has contributed towards the business winning an impressive number of accolades and awards over the years for their customer service and property marketing.
Derby County’s President and Chief Executive Sam Rush said: “We’re delighted to welcome Hannells as the sponsor of the East Stand for the next two years.
“It’s also fantastic news that a local company has shown its support to Derby County and we’re looking forward to working with them.”
The partnership will coincide with the launch of the Rams On The Move campaign (#ROTM), which will see Derby fans receive exclusive benefits and discounts should they take up any of the services offered by Hannells. In addition, there will be regular prize draws to win match day tickets and other Rams merchandise.
Michael Brain, Director and Founder of Hannells, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Derby County and really excited about what the future holds.
“We’ve always felt that there was a lot of synergy between the two companies. We’re both extremely passionate about what we do and are also very proud to be a part of this fantastic City so it really is a great match.
“Most of our staff are Derby born and bred and are long-time supporters of the club, so it will be an exciting moment for all when we see all the new signage go up at the iPro Stadium.”
Benjamin Brain, who heads up the Marketing Department at Hannells, added: “We’ve always focused heavily on innovating within our line of business and we’re extremely happy that we’re the first Estate Agency to strike up such a great partnership with the club.
“They have a huge following of loyal supporters who have been with the club through thick and thin, so we’re looking forward to offering fans some really great benefits and supporting the club on its journey back to the Premier League.”
