We are so proud to have been recognised for another year and it’s such a testament to the hard work, excellent standards, and dedication that our teams put in to delivering the complete moving experience every day!
Being featured in the Best Estate Agent Guide is a great achievement, but to be awarded the gold award for both Sales and Lettings is a true privilege.
The Best Estate Agents Guide is a website which provides an independent reference source for sellers and landlords, who can search for the best sales and lettings agencies in their areas and is partnered with Rightmove to track the performance of over 90% of UK estate agents, which are assessed on the key factors that are most important to our customers, Property Marketing, Results and Customer Service.
There are approximately 1 million properties listed on Rightmove, for sale or to let, at any point in time. The performance of every listing is analysed over a six-month period as the first part of the assessment. The next step is to collate the scores and identify the shortlist of c.2,500 agencies. Every branch of these agencies is listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide. All these agencies then go through to the next round of the assessment – a mystery shop and website assessment to identify the gold award winners.
We were assessed over a period of six months on the following factors: Property Marketing:-including how well our property listings performed compared to other agents across the country, Results:- how long our properties took to sell and whether they came back on the market and Customer Service:- including how well we dealt with web enquiries, our professionalism & courtesy, listening & understanding, how knowledgeable & informative our teams were and our responsiveness to handling queries and requests quickly. Our website was also scrutinised by a specialist web company who undertake a comprehensive 36 point assessment exploring aspects of both marketing and customer service and it’s gold for team Hannells!
As already stated, the Best Estate Agency Guide is an independent assessment and there is no charge to agents, so you can’t just buy one of these awards! It’s the largest analysis of the estate agency sector, with over 90% of estate agencies in the country included in the assessment. That’s 15 thousand agency brands assessed, 25 thousand individual offices, over 1 million property listings and 3 billion data points are assessed during the process!
As gold award winners, we rank higher than 95% of the industry for what matters to you, Marketing, Service and Results! We know sometimes awards can seem fixed or paid for or just another logo on a website, but we truly know that the EA Master GOLD award is independent and worth shouting about!
