We’re delighted to announce that here at Hannells, we’ve been chosen as finalists in the 2014 Derby Telegraph Business Awards.
Perhaps even more exciting is the fact that we’ve made it into the top three Derbyshire businesses in the Sales and Marketing category! What better awards to be finalists in for an estate agent other than a category in Sales and Marketing, since that is what we specialise in.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve invested a huge amount not just into the marketing of the company, but the presentation and marketing of the properties we have on our books. Being finalists in this award goes hand in hand with what we’ve always said at Hannells. An agent’s job isn’t to “sell” your property, your property will sell itself to the right person with some expert negotiation. The agent’s job should be to market the property to the best of their ability to encourage as many potential buyers to view the property. This leads to more interest and ultimately, a higher price!
To be recognised officially for the effort that all of the team at Hannells just certifies what we already knew, our marketing is second to none and that is essential if you expect to get the best price for your home, with the least amount of hassle, and all to a timescale that suits you.
We find out on the 18th June if we’re the winners of this category and we’re sure there’s going to be some tough competition, so all fingers and toes will be crossed until then!
