Derby’s most successful family run Estate Agency firm, Hannells, is set to shake up the Derbyshire property market with the launch of their new letting and property management service.

It comes after months of hard work, planning, preparation and speaking to an abundance of local Landlords to find out what property investors really want to see from a Letting agent.

Hannells have made a big statement by recruiting Andrew Sanderson, their newly appointed Lettings Director, who is tasked with creating an exceptional customer focused Letting service and driving the business forward.

Mr Sanderson has a wealth of property management experience from not only being a Landlord himself, but from over a decade of working in some of the top Lettings agencies from across the UK.
