Our long-term goal at Hannells is to positively affect the lives of 10,000,000 people by delivering our unique, complete moving experience.
It’s a huge goal to aim for and it will take an enormous amount of hard-work, happy customers and energy to get there, but it gives us something all to aim towards and hopefully adds a little more purpose to what we do.
We understand that we’re not just here to sell people’s houses. We’re here to help our customers start what is usually a brand new and exciting chapter in their lives and we’re passionate about helping our customers start that new chapter in the best possible way.
It’s something we track on a daily basis and we’re always talking to our customers to find out more about what we could do to improve the service and the overall experience of what can be a stressful and complicated transaction.
If you’ve seen our new “SOLD” and “NOW LET” boards, you’ll notice a subtle difference in the form of a smiley face replacing the “O” and there is a two-fold meaning behind it.
Firstly, we’d like to think that is symbolises the emotions our customers have experienced dealing with their local branch of Hannells as we are a customer -focused estate agency that pride ourselves on delivering a personal service and amazing our customers.
Secondly, it is often said that all it takes to make you smile, is a smile from someone else.
So, even if you’re not a Hannells customer, but driving past one of our boards our smiley billboards encourages a smile from you – we feel that can only be a good thing and means our mission of “positively affecting people” isn’t just limited to customers of Hannells that are buying, selling, letting or renting a property.
So the next time you drive past one of our billboards, we hope that whatever is going on for you in that moment, however you’re feeling and whatever you’re thinking about we hope that we’ve been able to make your day just a little bit better by bringing out a smile – we could all do with one every now and again!
