The Hannells team continues to grow!

We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Grace Butler who joins our busy Chaddesden Team.

Grace joins the Chaddesden team in the role of Sales Progressor and brings a very sound understanding of the moving process with her, having joined Hannells from a successful period working as a legal secretary specialising in residential conveyancing.

Director Ben Brain said: ‘It’s fantastic to welcome Grace to the Hannells team. Sales progression is a very demanding role and Grace’s background in residential conveyancing is a huge advantage. Her knowledge, skills and experience will be invaluable in guiding our clients to a successful sale or purchase and she will be in a fantastic position to offer all the help and advice that could possibly be required.’

We asked Grace to give us a little bit more information and introduce herself…

What experience did you have in Estate Agency or other roles before joining Hannells?

I have worked as a Legal secretary since 2016 in both Derby and Bristol and specialised in Residential Conveyancing for most of that time.

What made you want to work at Hannells?

The commitment to good customer service and being able to build a relationship with clients.

What do you feel is key to providing excellent customer service and delivering a moving experience?

Always doing what is best for the client and maintaining good communication.

Could you share something about yourself, favourite past time, favourite sports, or T.V shows etc.

I really enjoy keeping fit, my favourite ways to exercise are going to the gym, swimming, and doing pole fit.

If you had to describe yourself in a few words, what would they be?

Funny, Honest and Positive
